Communication at Avenor

OFFICIAL COMMUNICATION is conveyed to parents through the platforms ENGAGE and OPEN APPLY

ENGAGE serves as a way to stay connected with teachers and provides access to the student’s academic status, including educational materials, assessment reports, timetable, and attendance.

OPEN APPLY, on the other hand, facilitates official communication regarding school enrollment and re-enrollment, and it’s also the platform where all necessary administrative documents are uploaded throughout the academic year.

Both portals offer mobile applications, making it easier for you to use them directly from your mobile phone. You can download the Engage School App and Open Apply App from either the Google Play Store or the App Store. Both applications require you to log in using the username and password provided to each parent for accessing the portals. Additionally, for the Engage app, you’ll need to enter the school’s identification code (School ID): AVE368.

Setting up the Parents 'Committee

We thank the parents who are part of the Committee and who ensure a good communication between the school and the parents’ community every year. On the first day of school, at the parent meeting, please let the Form tutor know who will represent your class during this school year.
