I started high school during a time of limitations, when opportunities felt scarce, but graduated into a world full of new possibilities. Navigating this shift was both exciting and challenging, teaching me the value of resilience, adaptability and embracing change. These lessons have deeply influenced my personal and professional journey.

Later, I pursued my passion for finance and languages by earning a Major in Economic Studies in French from the Academy of Economic Studies (ASE) in Bucharest followed by a D.E.S.S. in Finance and Controlling from the University of Orléans.

One of my most rewarding experiences, however, was working on a World Bank project, where I was trained in Washington D.C. on the WB financing principles, gaining deeper insights into global financial systems and development. 

After that, I found myself in the telecom industry, where I spent almost 15 years working for Orange and Liberty Global (UPC) in Business Strategy, Analysis and Research roles. It was a challenging and exciting time, and I loved being part of an industry that’s so connected to our everyday lives.

Having been so close to technology for so long, I’ve developed a strong belief in its potential to make our lives easier and more efficient when used wisely. That’s why my dream is to bring this experience to Avenor. I’m passionate about using technology in a smart, thoughtful way to streamline processes and make things run more smoothly. However, I recognize that technology is only as effective as the people behind it. I believe in the power of a strong, well-connected team, as I’ve seen incredible things happen when people collaborate with trust and a shared vision.

On a personal note, I’m a proud parent of three wonderful boys who have each changed my life in profound ways. Watching them grow and thinking about their education and future has made me more aware of how crucial it is to provide them with the best possible start in life. That’s why working for a school like Avenor came at the perfect time in my life. It aligns perfectly with my concerns and hopes for my own children, and it motivates me to contribute to an environment where all students can thrive.
