I chose to become a teacher out of a desire to positively influence children’s lives and provide them with the necessary support to become responsible and empathetic adults. It is a great satisfaction to contribute to their development, to be with them from their early years of study, to see the progress of each child, and to know that I had an important role in shaping their character.

In 2019, I graduated “Nichita Stănescu” Theoretical High School in Bucharest, specializing in Social Sciences. I continued with the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences at the University of Bucharest, specializing in Primary and Preschool Education Pedagogy, which I graduated in 2022. In 2024, I completed the master’s program “Alternative Pedagogies and Theater Arts in Education” at the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences.

From 2021 to the present, I have had the privilege of working in various educational institutions. My experience includes the role of primary education assistant at Young Academics After School, where I conducted recreational and educational activities, educational projects, creative workshops, and reading sessions.

Between 2022-2024, I was an educational mentor at the Romanian Red Cross – Humanity Center in Bucharest, where I coordinated educational programs for primary school students, providing individual support to improve academic performance and personal development.

I am passionate about emerging technologies, especially VR and AR, and throughout my academic and professional journey, I have discovered the importance and impact they have when used as complementary teaching methods. I believe that in a world where younger generations are proficient with technology, it is essential for educational methods to adapt and integrate these tools to maintain interest and facilitate learning.

With determination and a strong sense of responsibility, I want to become that motivating teacher who cultivates curiosity and a passion for learning among students. I am at the beginning of my career in this profession and wish to apply my theoretical knowledge in a real context and contribute to the character formation of my students.

I am deeply honored and grateful for the opportunity to be accepted as a teacher at AVENOR. Adhering to the college’s vision and mission, I aim to co-create with other teaching staff an inclusive and motivating learning environment, where every child feels appreciated and encouraged to pursue their passions. I wish to positively influence my students’ lives, inspire them to become curious, responsible, and empathetic. Also, I am confident that AVENOR is the right place for me to develop as a teacher, providing the suitable framework to implement new methods and technologies in the educational process, and the professional experience gained over time will be valuable in my teaching career.
