Learning Assistant
The joy of contributing to someone’s growth, along with a strong sense of curiosity, empathy, and innovation, are the reasons that led me to start my career in education.
In 2021, I graduated from “Traian” Theoretical High School in Constanța, specializing in Philology. The projects I engaged in during my time there helped me develop key skills for my future career. The “Filmmic” Short Film Festival for High School Students, for example, provided me with the chance to hone my communication skills in both Romanian and English, as I interacted with students from other European countries. Another project, Interculturalitate în spațiul dobrogean – „Suntem aici, suntem dintotdeauna!” was a volunteer initiative that steered me towards the fields of communication and language.
I went on to graduate from the Faculty of Letters at “Ovidius” University of Constanța, majoring in Romanian-English. Later, I decided to complete the Psycho Pedagogical Module, which qualifies me to teach. During my studies, I discovered a deep passion for English culture, especially its language and grammar.
As a teacher, my goal is to support students in their holistic development within an innovative and collaborative environment that fosters continuous learning. I believe that, in addition to academic knowledge, it is equally important to instill values like empathy, respect, and courage in students. I am committed to being both an emotional and intellectual guide for my students, helping them overcome challenges and reach their full potential.
I have a strong passion for the arts, particularly music, which I see as a universal art form that transcends cultural, linguistic, and geographical barriers, offering us a shared language of emotions and human experiences.
At Avenor, I wish to grow alongside my students, and through the teaching methods I use, I hope to encourage their creativity, allowing their imagination to flourish. I believe that being a teacher means more than just teaching – it means contributing to the development of future generations.
My passion for teaching comes from a desire to make a positive impact on those around me. For me, teaching is not just a job; it’s a vocation and a continuous source of inspiration.
