Sports serve as the bridge between the mind and the body, a field where play and work blend seamlessly, fostering health within the body. Being active in the realm of sports, I have had the opportunity to witness these benefits in the lives of those around me and have become convinced of the necessity to develop physical skills from an early age.
From a young age, I combined my studies and sports at the highest level, with the thought that I would someday decide which would take priority and specialize in one of them. That moment has not yet come, but the opportunity to bring my passions together has.
In 2020, I graduated from the National College of Informatics “Tudor Vianu” in Bucharest and chose to continue my studies at the Politehnica University of Bucharest, in a specialization that I felt aligned with my passion for the environment and my technical thinking: Applied Informatics in Environmental Engineering. In 2023, I completed the Level I Psycho-Pedagogical Module, and in 2024, I finished my undergraduate studies and was admitted to the master’s programme in Environmental Protection Engineering and Management and to the Level II Psycho-Pedagogical Module.
In terms of sports, I have been practicing karate at Rapid Bucharest Club for over 15 years, maintaining the highest level since 2017, when I joined the national team and represented Romania for the first time at a European Championship. In 2019, I began teaching martial arts to children, helping them become champions not only in sports but also in life. With my team, I have won dozens of medals, but I feel most fulfilled in the moments when they strive, fall, get back up, and we smile together looking back.
I see and understand the current needs of children, the challenges they face, and I love guiding them through the processes of developing motor skills and self-confidence.
For me, the experience of teaching physical education to children is a source of pride, one that I am delighted to experience professionally with Avenor.
