Form Tutor 4 Delta

I grew up in a small town, surrounded by extraordinary people, in a community where I learned fundamental values such as respect, kindness, and simplicity. As a result, throughout my educational journey, I had the chance, in addition to the education I received at home, to be guided by exceptional teachers who knew how to lay the foundations for a beautiful education for all the students they guided, helping them pursue their vocations.

As we store the patterns we have in life, I inherited from my teachers the joy of teaching with responsibility, understanding, and respecting the role of the teacher in the lives of young learners.

An exceptional primary school teacher, an English teacher, another Romanian language and literature teacher, an imposing form tutor, all in the field of Romanian language and literature, or a math teacher who knew how to turn “mathematics” into something enjoyable and friendly, are just a few examples of the dear figures I hold in my heart. A small community with ambitious children guided by people who believed in them. This is the environment where I began to develop a love for the teaching profession. All of this continued as follows:

In 2002, I graduated from the Faculty of Philology in Bucharest, specializing in Romanian and English. Later, in 2005, I continued to develop my academic career by enrolling in the “European Administrative Studies” master’s program at the National University of Political Studies and Public Administration (SNSPA). Then, in 2021, I obtained a diploma in “Pedagogy in Primary and Preschool Education” at the University of Bucharest. In addition to these academic achievements, I have taken part in other courses and training that provided me with essential knowledge about the art of teaching and guiding students.

Since I was a student, I began teaching English at a primary school in Bucharest, and I continued this activity at the School of Architecture until I felt the need to change my professional direction. I accepted a position in a multinational company as part of the business and marketing support team. Later, I spent a period in the United States, where I had the opportunity to interact with the American educational system, which I found to be extremely captivating and innovative.

Once I became a mother, I realized the importance of the early years in my children’s lives. I devoted myself entirely to their upbringing with the utmost responsibility and dedication. I understood that what defines us as individuals begins in childhood, and this period is crucial for the development of learning and thinking skills, as well as emotional and social intelligence.

I firmly believe that every child deserves the chance to reach their potential, opening the path to a future full of success. Guided by these beliefs, I am proud and honored to be part of the Avenor team, a team of professional and kind people who treat education with responsibility and sincerity and go above and beyond to ensure the best for their pupils.
