Ana-Maria Aninaru
Nursery Teacher
My name is Ana-Maria Aninaru, and my passion for education is an important part of my life. Since childhood, I imagined myself as an educator, organizing small lessons for my dolls and toys. These moments marked the beginning of a vocation that would become the center of my life.
My passion for teaching is a precious legacy passed down from my father. He not only instilled in me a love for knowledge and education but also showed me the power of personal example in being a dedicated and empathetic teacher.
In 2016, I graduated from “Nicolae Grigorescu” National College in Câmpina, specializing in Philology. This stage prepared me for the next step in my educational journey: the Faculty of Letters at the University of Bucharest. Here, I studied Romanian Language and Literature, as well as English Language and Literature, deepening my knowledge and cultivating my love for literature and language. In 2019, after completing my bachelor’s studies, I decided to pursue a master’s degree in Teaching Methods for Philological Disciplines, which I completed in 2021, also at the University of Bucharest.
Alongside my university studies, I also pursued two psychopedagogical modules offered by the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences. These studies were not only an opportunity to accumulate theoretical knowledge but also to develop essential practical skills for effectively and empathetically interacting with and guiding students. Through these modules, I learned advanced classroom management techniques, assessment methods, and how to adapt the curriculum to meet individual student needs. This training strengthened my confidence in creating a stimulating and inclusive educational environment where every student can reach their full potential.
My professional career began in 2019 when I started working as an English teacher at a kindergarten. Here, I discovered the joy of working with young children, witnessing their curiosity and enthusiasm for learning. These experiences were invaluable and helped me become a better teacher capable of creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment.
Over the years, I have learned that being a teacher means more than just transmitting information – it means inspiring, guiding, and investing in each student’s future.
My dream at Avenor is to create an educational environment where every child feels valued and encouraged to express their individuality. I aspire to contribute to shaping generations of confident, empathetic, and eager-to-learn children who will grow into responsible adults, passionate about what they do.
