Andrei studies Film and Visual Studies at Harvard University, an Ivy League research university, one of the oldest institutions of higher learning in the United States and among the most prestigious in the world. Passionate about filmmaking and video editing and with very good academic results, Andrei was among the 3.19% applicants who received letters of acceptance at Harvard University from a total of 61,220 applicants in 2022.

Cate studies at the University of Amsterdam at PPLE (Politics, Psychology, Law and Economics) which is known in the world of students with leadership aspirations at the highest level as the college of those who are interested in several fields, who love to learn, of the ambitious and stubborn to bring positive change in the world.

Tibi studies at the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Groningen, a university with tradition and reputation in Europe, with four active Nobel laureates and an impressive list of graduates. The Faculty of Medicine at the University of Groningen ranks 51st in the world and in the top 3 English-language Medical Schools in the EU.

Sofia studies Neuroscience at Brown University, an Ivy League university, with connotations of academic excellence, social elitism, and selectivity in admissions.
We expected nothing less for Sofia, who is very passionate about scientific activities and has an impressive portfolio of projects, internship and extracurricular activities.

Alp studies Mechanical Engineering at University of Twente, ranked as the best technical university in the Netherlands.
Very passionate about Mathematics and Physics, Alp was also a very effective and hard-working student, with a lot of diverse extracurricular activities in which he demonstrated adaptability and a commitment.

Maria studies Political Science and Economics at Vanderbilt University, known for its strong tradition of academic excellence combined with a unique spirit of collaboration and collegiality.
With exceptional skills in debate, project leadership, and the ability to analyse situations critically before making decisions, Maria was an ambitious and determined student who will undoubtedly become an outstanding specialist in international relations.

Sara studies International Hospitality Management at EHL Hospitality Business School founded in 1893 as the world’s first hotel management school and for the last five years in a row, it was ranked number one among hospitality management universities worldwide.
Sara was a determined student with a proven talent for projects that emphasised her organisational and communication skills. By taking on various projects and internships, Sara gained broad knowledge and understanding of the business environment, discovering that critical thinking and implementing solutions are her strengths.

Sonia studies Anthropology and Archeology at Durham University, globally recognized for its outstanding academic performance. With perseverance and entrepreneurial spirit, Andrei charted his way from Avenor to one of the best universities in the world – Esade Business School, in the 9 years spent with us. At Esade he will study Business Administration. Ilinca studies Global Law at Tilburg University, renowned for its academic excellence, consistently delivering top-tier education and research opportunities across a spectrum of disciplines. Opting for this specialization, Ilinca is getting ready to emerge as a leader of the future – with excellent academic preparation and a full awareness of her role in society.

Alexandra is studying Architecture at UIC Barcelona, a university recognized for academic excellence, a global perspective, and diversity. Alexandra chose to study Architecture because it allowed her to seamlessly combine her passion for the Arts with her passion for Science and Mathematics.

Tudor studies at Les Roches Global Hospitality Management in Marbella. The university is ranked 3rd in the world list of hospitality universities. Les Roches combines experiential learning with multiculturalism and an entrepreneurial approach in a unique educational model.

Tania follows her dream to study Fashion Business at ESMOD (École supérieure des arts et techniques de la mode) in Paris.
Tania has always been passionate about fashion, so it was no surprise when in her Art & Design classes she built her exam portfolio around fashion design. She discovered her interest in communication and media in her Media Studies classes, which led her to choose this specialisation offered by ESMOD, which combines all her passions.

Felix studies Civil Engineering at the University of Twente, placed in the top 170 universities in the world by multiple central ranking tables, the ideal place for a future engineer. The Civil Engineering programme offered by the University of Twente, will help Felix become one of the engineers who shape the world we live in.

Mirela studies at Trinity College, college of the University of Dublin, the best university in Ireland. Mirela’s specialization is Biochemistry and she chose Trinity College due to the reputation of the research programs of this university, especially in the field of immunology.

Ioana studies at Carnegie Mellon University, a top university in Pittsburgh, USA, which has made history through innovation in science, global problem solving and interdisciplinary collaboration. Ioana chose to study Business Management, at the Carnegie Mellon branch in Qatar, recognized for the demanding selection criteria.

Alexia studies Economics and Finance at The University of Exeter. The excellent results she received in the exams helped Alexia to obtain a place at this university, member of the prestigious Russell Group and renowned for its specializations in Accounting and Finance.

Passionate about architecture, Rashida is now a student at the University of the Arts (UAL). In the list of specialist Art and Design universities, UAL is ranked 2nd in the world and largest in Europe, with over 19,000 students from more than 130 countries.

Rareș is fluent in German and passionate about mechanics, so it was no surprise to us when we found out that he chose to study Mechanical Engineering at one of the top Public universities in Germany. He received great results at his exams, which led him to the Carl Benz School of Engineering, part of the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), in Germany.

During his years in Avenor, Luca distinguished himself by his well-argued opinions, which helped him to obtain leading places in Debate competitions, by his concern for human rights and passion for history. He chose to study Security Studies at Leiden University, the oldest university in the Netherlands. Founded in 1575, it is one of the most important international research universities in Europe, recognized for their department of social sciences.

Daniel has always known what he wants for his future, but he kept a bit of flexibility when he had to make the final decision for the university. Now he enjoys the opportunities offered by Bocconi University in Milan, learns to invest and build international relations.

Tudor was an Avenor Scholarship Student and is now studying at the University of Leeds, one of the best universities in the world, which is part of the prestigious Russell Group. He followed his passion for cars, arts and design, and the three A’s – two of which were even A * – obtained at A Levels took him exactly where he deserves to be.

Maria N. is a student at Liverpool University where she chose to study Physics, a challenging field. Taking full advantage of the opportunities offered by her university, Maria is a member of several student associations: Romanian Society, Physics Society, Music Society, Dance Society and Modern Languages.

Florin is studying International and European Law at the University of Groningen. He enjoys all the opportunities offered by student life. He loves to discover the city and spends a lot of time in the university library, which he considers a “second home”.

Maria O. is studying Media at the University of Amsterdam. She spends her time with student projects and events. She was very happy to learn that she could easily apply what she had learned at Avenor High School, and the whole experience is a first step in her future career.

Ana grew up with Avenor College and is now a student at City University of London, preparing for a career in Psychology. She sought out her vocation over the years and was very tempted to choose the Arts, but her high school internships convinced her that Psychology was her future.

Vanessa has been a student at Avenor since elementary school and is studying at the University of Aberdeen. Although during high school she was passionate about the Arts, little by little she became passionate about Psychology. Her teacher, Miss Marana, guided her and helped her turn a difficult subject into something very enjoyable and easy to learn and understand.

Alex obtained extraordinary results, A and A *, and chose to study Informatics in Romania at the Romanian-American University. Given his results, he could have chosen any university in the world, but he is very attached to Romania, and dreams of a bright future for him and his country.

Alexia is studying interior design at the University of the Arts in London. She is sure that she made the right choice, being inspired by the stories of other graduates of this university, which offered her an interesting new perspective on the future of her career. She quickly settled into the UK and even though she made new friends, she likes to see his former Avenor colleagues on every occasion.

Ilie is studying at Tiffin University. He considers that Romania is in a continuous development, that is why he chose to study business here. He hopes that studying at an American University will give him an overview of the global business environment.

Damian has always been passionate about the hospitality industry, and during high school he did several internships that helped him find out if this is the right choice for him. He liked it so much that he decided to pursue a career in this domain and is now a student at Glion Institute of Higher Education, where he studies International Hospitality and Business. He wants to excel in a leadership role in the future.
