From a young age, I was fascinated by my teacher and the way they taught us. Later, on the recommendation of my middle school teacher, I applied to the pedagogical high school in my hometown, where I had the unique opportunity to be both a student and a teacher simultaneously. My journey in education truly began the moment I first stepped into the classroom with a mix of excitement and emotion.

After graduating from the Matei Basarab Pedagogical High School in Slobozia, with a dual specialisation in primary and preschool education, I pursued higher education and a master’s degree in Public Policy Administration within the European Union at the University of Bucharest. Following this, I completed various specialisation courses and the psycho pedagogical training module, which qualified me to teach at both middle and high school levels.

Throughout my career and academic experiences, I have worked with many children from different age groups, each with their own unique personalities. I have learned to adapt to each child’s needs, driven by a strong desire to help them discover their own paths. I guide them closely, building their confidence and self-assurance step by step.

In my teaching approach, I strive to create engaging experiences that spark my students’ curiosity and passion for learning. I believe in my students and their capacity to make decisions, so I continuously work to create a supportive and safe environment tailored to their individual needs, where they can thrive and reach their full potential.

I joined the school in 2021, and every day spent with students and colleagues has provided me with countless learning opportunities. At Avenor, I discovered my passion for Project-Based Learning, a method that transforms my students and me into a team of dedicated explorers. Leading the Micul Antreprenor Club has also allowed me to organise thematic events, including sales stands, donations to charities supporting animals and underprivileged children, and debate sessions with middle school students, all aimed at promoting financial literacy.

My passions include art, nature, and animals. Growing up in a family of architects, I was encouraged to develop my artistic talents, which led me to participate in numerous competitions and Olympiads throughout my childhood. My love for nature and animals inspired me to become an active volunteer with the Animal Protection Association of Romania in 2019, a role that has allowed me to rescue many animals and find them loving homes.

Education remains my greatest passion, and my goal is to always be there for my students, offering them unwavering support and helping them maintain a strong interest in learning and discovery. I hope to make school a second home for them.

I look forward to welcoming the children back to school and am confident that the upcoming school year will be filled with exciting discoveries for all of us.
